We Shall Abstain Again
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Dulles NOW Chapter
November 5, 2012

icon ballot box

There is no point in recapitulating here the disastrous and anti-constitutional White House policies of the past four years, DullesNOW.org having consistently exposed their devastating consequences upon our nation and the American people. To believe that another four years of the same - and even worse - will bring about the solutions to the astounding difficulties we all face amounts to a cynical and insulting joke.

Women, perceived to be emotional and politically clueless, have been called to rescue a weak White House as usual. And as usual, a handful of corrupt Democrat handmaidens have been taken out of mothballs to urge all females to get moving and vote Obama because women 'care', as if this was enough.

To that effect, the impeached Bill Clinton, a recorded violent serial abuser of women, was trotted out to charm the ladies into the same. Or else.

Expecting much different from the Republican side is an illusion as both corporate-fueled campaigns clearly revealed a joint agenda in nearly all major fields: financial, economic, internal, military, policies that proved failures in the past and are akin today to killing the (US) patient in order to save him.

There is therefore no incentive in 2012 to reverse the position this Chapter took in
2004 and 2008 not to participate in such repeated sham displays. For if Barack Obama certainly does not deserve to be reelected, his political twin Romney certainly does not deserve to be elected.

In the absence of credible and democratic alternatives to this discredited one-party political juggernaut, the Dulles NOW Executive Committee has unanimously voted to join the millions of non-voters who will not go to the voting booths tomorrow.
