You are hereby given public notice of the following information. You will not be able to later claim that you did not know.
JUANITA BROADDRICK has given testimony under oath that your speaker raped her. A police detective from Chicago who has 12 years of experience in rape cases interviewed her extensively and is convinced that Broaddrick's story is true. Broaddrick's story was aired on Dateline NBC by Lisa Myers who is also convinced her story is true. Your speaker has never denied the charge.
KATHLEEN WILLEY has given testimony under oath that your speaker assaulted her in the White House.
PAULA JONES has given testimony under oath that while he was a governor, your speaker sexually harassed her while she was on the job. He exposed himself and demanded a sexual act from a state employee. He settled that case for $850,000. ARKANSAS TROOPERS are on record saying that, while your speaker was their boss, it was their job to solicit women while on duty and on overtime pay.
CHARLOTTE PERRY sued your speaker when a unqualified woman and mistress of your speaker was given a state job which Perry should have been given based on merit. Others were also given jobs for sex.
According to sworn testimony, your speaker kept world leaders waiting in the Rose Garden while he played sex games with an intern and a cigar. His sexual relationship with this intern in the workplace and during business hours created a hostile work environment. She was rewarded with a Pentagon job in which she received a top secret clearance.
Your speaker committed perjury in a federal sexual harassment lawsuit. He committed perjury before the grand jury. He had his law license revoked for five years.
In 1995, according to sworn testimony, your speaker was talking to Congressman Sonny Callahan on the telephone asking the congressman to support the American military mission in Bosnia. While on the telephone and while talking about life and death matters affecting those in our armed forces, the young intern was "servicing" him under the desk. This story has been reported in the Chicago Sun Times and other papers.
Ms. Chermak, what are you thinking? What in the world are you thinking? How dare you invite this sexual predator to your campus to speak to your graduating students. How dare you!
There is going to be a protest at your graduation if this sexual predator - the disgraced, impeached ex-president BILL CLINTON -- is allowed to speak. You have a duty to protect your students. You have a duty to check the background of those who are allowed on your campus. You have a duty to set an example for those young people who are in your charge. I urge you to make the right decision and cancel his speaking engagement."
