Paula Jones won her case in an out of court settlement. David P. Schippers, Chief Investigative Counsel for the Clinton Impeachment told Newsmax on September 7, 2000 that "If you stick with the Lewinsky case alone, you've got a pretty bad thing. You've got some perjury, you've got some obstruction, you've got some witness tampering.
